“this is my first time to stay with Extended Stay America. there is no breakfast,no coffe maker if you don't ask for the frontdesk. if i have choice, i will not stay with this hotel again.”

“This is a very beautiful, old style property, well kept and well cared for. At first we were worried about the check in process since we do not have internet while travelling, but it worked out well (it is provided by the property once you get there). They are constantly monitoring your needs and responding properly. We struggled with air conditioning, which was very high on a fairly cool day when we arrived, but the instructions worked out fine. Small bathroom, but there is an ante-bathroom……

“My experience at the waterfront hotel was excellent , the staff were attentive; very present and genuinely seemed happy to serve guests . I had an emergency situation where I needed a room very late into the evening due to travel complications, and when I called they were more than happy and able to recieve me so late . I felt extremely safe and comfortable knowing there was a safe place I could book and that the staff were more than able to accommodate me , I will be booking a room here every……
