“A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.”

“今次旅遊主要是參加波士頓馬拉松，酒店距離bag drop 大約步行5分鐘已經可以。落機去到酒店已是半夜12點幾，接待處職員非常有禮貌，而且好helpful，唯美中不足原來房間冇電熱水壺，職員亦都很樂意幫助給我熱水壺。直至第二日再找其他職員協助搵熱水，其中較高層人士見到我企在大堂內等候主動協助，除咗一兩個較為junior Staff前枱職員冇禮貌外，整體酒店員工服務態度良好。相信可能是溝通技巧需要學習。如果參加馬拉松可以考慮這間酒店，因為確實就近Bag drop及乘座黃巴士處。”

“The hotel locates in the middle of a construction site, not walking distance to any of the subway station. I booked the hotel to attend a conference at Harvard and I need to walk either 35 mins to Cambridge town or take a Uber which costs more than 20 back and forth. Not really ideal.”

“Very modern hotel. Staff was very friendly. Super clean! Kids loved the pool! It was a little different having a lifeguard there. That was a first for us. Unfortunately they only serve little sandwiches for breakfast for a cost and same with coffee. The rooms were very spacious. Beds were somewhat comfortable. Had a mini fridge which was helpful. Highly recommend and will stay here again if we are in the area. ”

“Not too bad although the room is really small. In addition, I am very sure my power line was left at my room when I checked out the hotel. But when I called back the hotel, they said they didn't find anything in my room when I left. A few days later, we stayed at other Staypineapple in Seattle. Similar things happened. One of my friend left a small gift on the sofa at the lobby and left for just 5 minutes. But he went back to the lobby, the small gift was gone. Then he went to the front desk,……
