“The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.”

“Check-in process was smooth. The young gentleman is so kind and friendly! Plenty of parking in front of the hotel and easy to locate. Good location and walkable to museums, historic sites, and shops! The deluxe is very spacious and has plenty of storage space (if you're spending multiple nights). The hallways and our room is very clean and updated. Love how the interior decoration has a nautical theme- the wallpaper, lamp base, navy/ blue furniture, and the framed wall art. If I ever……

“wanted to stay here for years but it’s always booked up in fall. needed a night close to boston and jumped to stay here. loved our room. the resturant was nice. no better location in salem! ”
