“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.”

“ This is a beautiful hotel boutique with the best staff ever. The views from the room are gorgeous and the nice little garden over the lake where the restaurant is located has such a nice view. The hotel has also access to the lake, in case you want to swim, when the weather is good. The bus stop is right outside at the hotel and the ferry to go to Bellagio is walking distance. The family who owns will make sure to make you feel at home. The breakfast and meals are good, authentic……
