“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

All the staff were wonderful, expesically the Front desk girls and the Head Concierge, Alberto, who went "above and beyond" to help me correct some logistic issues and arrange a private boat tour up the lake to my next hotel!”
