“Stayed at the hotel for only an hour and left. Bugs were coming out of nowhere all over the bed and floor.Tried to get a refund and they refused as if I was telling a lie. The manager who’s name is Michael was rude and didn’t want to help resolve my issue. I will be sending my video of the bugs crawling to the news station and exposing this hotel. ”

“Lobby area was nice. Got to our room and it had odd smell, not too strong but it didn’t smell good. Pulled out the sod bed and it smelled like spilled milk. The mattress was damp probably due to someone trying to clean it but didn’t let it dry. It was gross! The sofa cushions were stained and the carpet was dirty. The hotel can’t be that old, so hopefully our room was an exception. Would’ve asked for a different room had it not been 1am. Not impressed. ”

“They are wonderful. We will not stay at any other hotel but this one. Its very comfortable and clean.The only problem and its only sometimes. The housekeeping needs to check their towells better before putting them out. Other than that its very clean. Thr beds are always comfortable. They have been very accommodating the last few times. Staff are very quiet during day if your trying sleep. Nikki is the most sweetest young lady I think i have met. She tries her best to do anything to make you……

“A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see……
