“Ive read some horrible reviews about this place, but after staying here for about 2 and a half weeks I'm wondering what some of your standards are. The place is clean, quiet and the staff is great. Yeah its not the Ritz Carlton but for the price you can't beat it. Trust me Ive looked.”

“The house is clean and easy to relax in. Two great patios to see the sunrise and get morning sun. Spacious fenced in yard for dogs with a nice place to hang out under the house. Very short walk to the beach. Quiet street.”

“Stay was great! Staff was quick and friendly at check-in. Although we were very late in the evening, concierge made sure we got the red carpet roll out. This is a nice change from traditional hotels. Note- no pets allowed. Late check-in fee $40. Deposit $75. They allowed a late checkout since we were in at midnight. “Nice view especially from deck! Nice deck with latched gates for little ones safety! Home was as listed. Had a small wait to get into home. The person cleaning accidentally took to key. Owner was as extremely nice and helped to resolve the situation in less than 15 minutes. The lady who came with the key was extremely nice and apologetic as well! The a/c took a while to cool off, they provided 1 stand fan, so we purchased 2 box fans to help cool us down. Could not set a/c temp below 73. The……

“The property is currently in the middle of a complete overhaul, remodel, ownership change, as well as a brand change. Checkin was simple and quick. The design of the room was very modern and comfortable. Cold ac and hot shower. Comfortable bed too. Decent wifi. ”

“Property was mostly clean. The sheets did not smell fresh and the pillow was lumpy. The suite was very small. I liked having a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. I did not stay for breakfast. This property was similar in quality to the others surrounding. Internet was fine.”
