“this apartment is big, comfortable and well-equipped, nice room and good kitchen it is not located to the main attractions, but there are buses to the old town it is close to the beach and the environment is nice there are supermarkets, cinema, restaurant nearby which is very convenient staff are very helpful and friendly although the reception is not 24 hour”

“第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。”

“Very enjoyable and welcoming stay. I got transport from the airport as my flight got in later and one of the hosts ended up being my driver. This was very convenient and he was incredibly helpful and offered lots of great advice and recommendations for my first time in Dubrovnik. He also helped me book a tour of the Elafiti Islands on very short notice which I appreciated (and recommend). The apartment itself was gorgeous and comfortable inside. “我們被安排住在同系酒店 Royal princess hotel, 但事前沒收到通知，故check in 時找了些時間才到 princess 查詢。同系酒店只有一間開放，應是將所有預訂同系酒店的都放在一起。其他幾間都維修中，故周邊環境不佳，有太多建築進行中。酒店本身質素很好，房間大，整潔，早餐食物種類及質素亦合理。停車就放在街邊，5星酒店都不開停車場有些奇怪。酒店離舊城有10多分鐘車程，如有定期穿梭巴士會更佳。但以價格來說，整體上是超值的。”

“Bota is unique place & we felt very privileged to have stay within. I was unfortunately very sick & Mary is a beautiful caring staff member.Exceptional at her trade. Especially her breakfasts with fresh squeeze orange juice & lemon & ginger tea. Karla also provided impeccable service & we highly recommend Bota Palace. “Our stay at Guesthouse Forty Four was amazing from start to finish. The location is right in the centre of the old town so was very convenient and the premises were very clean and comfortable. However, most of all the customer service is outstanding with all staff members going the extra mile to welcome us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Special shoutout to Stan who was so lovely and really made us feel right at home. This was the best service I have experienced anywhere.……
