“The two gentlemen at the front desk were exceptional, wish I wrote down their names. They were so informative of the area and gave us lots of tips to save us time and money. Thank you so much! ”

“The Falls Resort is on a beautiful property with a nice pool area, restaurant and bar. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were a bit dated and being in the rain forest there is a bug issue, but I'm sure that can't be helped and every place would have that issue. There are also a variety of animals on the property; monkeys, lizards, agoutis, etc, which we loved seeing! We did really like it and would definitely stay……

“El hotel estaba limpio y bien mantenido pero viejo. El cuarto no cerraba la puerta del balcón y nuestro baño olía muy mal. Comida deliciosa, muchas opciones de comida sin gluten y vegetariana. Los meseros pese que educados, no fueron tan buenos como los del resto de Costa Rica. La gente se recepción muy amables. ”

“The hotel is dated and the shower was falling apart. The pool is useless as there is no shallow end and not place to sit in the pool. The food was ok at best. My spouse and I were the only ones in the restaurant for dinner one night so I asked the waiter if the chef would filet the fish rather than have a whole fish. He gave me such a hard time but eventually the chef conceded When we asked Francois to see if a taxi would take us .25 miles up the road, wait for 5min to get an ice cream to take……

“We really enjoyed our stay at La Colina. Natasha is doing a great job with her business and is so easy to communicate with. The food is delicious and it was close to everything. The only downside is the slippery high ascending stairs. Your legs and arms get a workout from carrying luggage and/or a baby. Would come back again and will continue to sing their praises. ”

“The staff was amazing! Mariela, Moses, Amy and Kerly were so sweet and friendly. The property is incredible with so much wildlife. The howler monkeys were intense! I miss the sound of them. The monkey mafia (casiblanco) were entertaining. They’d roll through later in the day and put on a show. ”
