“The hotel was very clean and staff was so friendly. Parking was great to with two entrances from the parking lot. ”

“Service at check in was great. Parking garage flooded due to rain and my car could not get out. Front desk as not helpful with a solution and city does not have many ride share options. Eventually security opened a side gate in the parking garage and we were able to leave to attend the event we were in town to participate in. I was told I could park in the Aquarium parking down the street but that has signs that say no casino guests. Room service did not answer the phone either time we tried……

“There is a lot to like. I felt safe. I was avle to walk to the Lousiana Downs. People at the hotel were very kind. The rooms could use an upgrade. The shower kept leaking. I ended up using a few towels to maintain it. The ac never got cold enough. The beds were very comfortable. Overall I really like this location and have been here at least a hand full of times. The staff is very friendly and I will definitely be back.”

“I liked that it was easy to get to and has breakfast. The staff is very friendly and would help you with anything. The only thing i didnt like was the pool wasnt open. Other than that it was a great place ”
