“I have had staying in a castle on my bucketlist for years and I was excited to find one in the Austin area. It's beautiful, comfortable, and has a ton of room. The view is incredible!”

“We had a great getaway here. It's a well setup comfortable home. Everything was stocked and had easy communication with owners. The size and depth of the pool was awesome. We had some warm days to cool off with a dip. We enjoyed seeing wildlife; fish in a stock tank, lots of birds, a turkey, and deer.”

“Rented this property for Memorial Day weekend to be within easy drive or Pedernales State Park, Balcones Wildlife Refuge and the local wineries in the area. As the review title states....this experience was a mixed bag. I can't say there was good and bad, rather there was good and somewhat frustrating......but not bad. The Good: Property is definitely unique. Very clever setup and we didn't feel cramped being just the two of us and two small dogs Appliances are new and the hotplate and toaster……

“The pictures you have up for the property is outdated. What you see on the pictures is not what we got. It is a very beautiful place and very nice but the lake isn't there anymore on one side there's nobody there during the week that you can talk to or ask questions. The restaurant does not open until Thursday and we started our vacation on Monday there's not a lot of things to do around there for children and when it says private Marina I thought that we might have been able to rent a boat but……
