“Amazing - if you are interested in the last few hundred years of U.S. History, I'd put this one on your list of places to visit. Just a great experience. Out of the innumerable artifacts dating back to the end of the 18th century, I particularly was taken back by the original copy of a page from April 15th, 1865 - I didn't have time to see everything. The property's stewards will most likely offer a tour and they are really nice folks. I thought this location was aggressively under priced. ”

“This property was interesting. The home was absolutely beautiful. The room was perfect. Clean. Stayed very cool for early august in Missouri. Even the other visitors were very friendly. I loved the art. Just the decor, the vibe. It was all good. I actually kind of enjoyed fixing my own breakfast. Never been to a b and b like that... full access to the kitchen. Might not be for everyone. And no tvs in the rooms. 1 tv downstairs. I thought other guests were disappointed that the tv……

The home was absolutely perfect for our family—just a short walk from Benedictine College, which made moving our son into the dorms so easy and stress-free. The location really can’t be beat if you’re visiting the college. Inside, the house had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the entire place was spotless. It’s clear the hosts take a lot of pride in making……
