“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. “We LOVED this property. It looks so cute and spacious in the pictures and it did not disappoint! We spent all of our time on the third floor balcony which was comfy and a beautiful natural setting. We enjoyed the friendly neighborhood and the history. Beds comfortable, clean and well appointed bathroom and an efficient kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!”
