“Don, who greeted us at the front desk, was excellent!! The best check experience I’ve had in years! He was so helpful in places to eat nearby, explained breakfast procedures, and when I brought to his attention an issue with one of our outlets not working, he immediately made a note for the maintenance staf! “Is the room was clean, the bed confortable, breakfast was included and there was plenty variety. My key did not opened the back door, even though they changed it twice. In the room the phones do not work, one of the lamps did not have a lightbulb, and the lamps shades were broken and dated, also the desk chair that was in the room was peeling off..... honestly it felt like the furniture was the leftover from another hotel...lol but all the staff was very helpful and amicable. ”
