“I had a wonderful stay at The Yankee, Trademark Collection by Wyndham. The room was beautiful and comfortable, making for a very relaxing experience. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made check-in and check-out effortless. However, during my visit, there was construction happening nearby, which was quite noisy and inconvenient as it was right next to our room. “Sadly, this place is about 40 years out of date. Heat, electrical, shower, bathroom fixtures all badly out of date. The beds are like a pile of sand. Really harsh. You get what you pay for, except this place should cost half again what they charge. Sorry, but it's the truth”

“I liked that it is an older style bed and breakfast place. You could say "classy" or "vintage". It reminded me of places where I would visit with family when I was a child. I received a personal welcome and orientation to the property. Breakfast was nice and cooked options were available for me to choose. Another guest in the dining room at breakfast was also enjoying the visit and it was natural to strike up a conversation and get to know each other. It was a more personal kind of stay than……
