“This is a very nice hotel but yesterday my wife and me order pizza and asked to the bartender adding 2 toppings that i was willing to pay extra but the chef don't allow i don't understand why to do it customer service is very important ”

“Love Royal Palm. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are well appointed. All hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We loved our room on first floor. I have difficulty walking and our room was perfect. Convenient to beach, parking lot, pool.”

“its not full inclusive no vip room no café for expresso less everything no wet bar in room no room service we didn't have tissue in room I could keep going but the employees awesome the place awesome the bed awesome all inclusive NOT AWESOME”

“The staff was incredible, so helpful, professional, very pleasant, everyone always had a smile. The food was really good, and a decent amount of choices. What we didnt like was, the activities schedule needed to but updated for the off peak season, other than that we have no complaints. All around great resort. ”

“This is amazing location and the views are wonderful. The property is quite dated however very functional. Plenty of space however needs to have maintenance. Appreciate being able to stay here. Communication was seemless. ”

“The Buccaneer was fantastic. Clearly the best place to stay in St. Croix. Could have spent the entire vacation on site but too many other attractions on the Island to see. Staff was friendly and professional, dining was excellent. Breakfast on the terrace was a job plus. Beaches pristine and beautiful. ”
