“Booked the property for a month. Great location, pretty close to beach and other things. Recommend the property. Great communication with property host; always responsive. Had a great time there :-)”

“This property was functional. But it was rough around the edges... crumply sheets that made us question cleanliness, dinged up walls, patio door almost impossible to open, no extra paper towel/garbage bags. Most importantly, even after 3 emails prior to arrival confirming it would be, the pool wasn't heated when we arrived....or ever. The mgmt company promised the pool guy would be there to fix it, but no one ever showed and no one ever proactively followed up with me. They kept saying……

“The house itself was absolutely beautiful, in a great location and was extremely clean and had everything my family & I needed. The only thing I would say, is the host was not responsive at all. Luckily we didn’t have any issues, but if we did I would’ve been worried. We also had two random guys show up Sunday during the day and come through the backyard. While we understand checking on the boat and property a heads up would’ve been appropriate. We would definitely stay again,just be more……

“We stayed at this property last year and all was good. This year, not so good. We had to buy supplies to clean the screened patio before it could be used. It was very dirty. We also bought pots and pans to be used. The non-stick ones in the unit are well beyond their service life. We also had to wash living room blankets before they could be used.The owners of the unit are very nice people. We think they should invest a little time and money to replace unserviceable items. ”

“We enjoyed Turtle Cove a great deal. The pool and patio were where we spent most of our time. Auryn was very responsive, answering all of our questions quickly.Our weather was fantastic. We did an Everglades airport tour but mostly we swam, read and ate at the many waterfront restaurants in the area.”
