“When we first entered the property it was nice and cool. The layout of the house is nice and I love the esthetics. I love the fact that the cabinets are labeled with what's inside them without checking each cabinet!! The beds are comfortable and the couch was comfy to sit and watch tv and eat a snack. If your going to American Dream water park/mall its a 30 min drive (or less) depending on your driving. I would recommend staying here, clean,resonable pricing and Mr. Emanual was a great host. If……

“A very reliable, quiet building in the middle of the bustling city! It was a perfect stay with all the necessities. ”

“Loved staying here. If you need a place to simply sleep in a comfy bed & get ready to go out for the day, this place is for you. The apartment is exactly how the pictures look. Big parking lot behind the house. The location was a quick drive to the towns we wanted to go visit. Host was super nice and communicative. Overall, we are soooo satisfied! However, we are super laid back, so what may have satisfied us may not satisfy everybody else. I’m going to list some things below that were not……

The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. The home itself was immaculately handed over to us, stocked with linens, towels and kitchen materials. “Communication with the host was very smooth and fast from the beginning, and the listing was exactly as had been advertised. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provided great privacy and comfort for a group of colleagues travelling for work. Large communal areas and well-stocked kitchen was appreciated. Ideal location in central Manhattan right close to all major sites, ease of access to public transportation, car hire arrives within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.”
