“It would much more convenient if the key card entry worked on the side of the building. And our curtains appeared to be very stained otherwise the room was cleaned well.”

I was surprised to find out that downtown was still a couple miles away. I take responsibility for not looking more closely however I think it’s misleading to advertise. It is downtown Lincoln”

“Everything was fine until while closing the door while leaving for dinner down the street , somehow activated the safety security bar after closing and couldn’t get back in when we came back . We had the front desk agent come up to get it unlatched so we could return to the room with our things locked in .. we never had that happened but all was taken care of and very professional about it .. great job ”
