“Hotel was very clean and lovely. Room was spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast was one of best in an included breakfast. Downsize was room was very far from lobby. We were not made aware at check in. We would have requested a closer room. Also we’re not told that we needed to call to have our room cleaned and fresh towels provided. We had been out for most of the day and were surprised that room had not been cleaned when we returned. Had to call front desk for clean towels.”

“Although the hotel is a bit old, it is very comfortable and the reception is very welcoming. But it's dusty and a bit dirty in the room, and the bed is small and hard. Another thing that makes me very angry is that I don't know who put the garbage at the door of my room in the morning, it's disgusting.”
