“Excellent value. Staff great”

“The staff on site were amazing and very helpful. Unfortunately a couple of times during our stay the electricity went out, we were told this was caused by works on road. Also the whole stay the swimming pool was not open, this was our main reason for picking this location. So this was annoying and basically ruined the trip as the hotel goes. ”

Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. “Chewton Glen is a glorious hotel with fabulous, well cared for grounds. (Although the patios and tables in the Croquet rooms, could do with attention)The staff are exceptional, with every individual staff member reacting promptly, to our requests.
