“Hi! Had a pretty good time at this location. Had everything we were looking for to make out time in the ithaca area pleasant. 2 small issues though. 1. The 'guest parking' accesses the property via a short but narrow flight of stone stairs which for an older person or someone with unsteady balance may be precarious.2. The owner who lives upstairs has at-least 1 cat and the rental space had a feline scent to it. As someone who is allergic to cats, that was an issue. I would recommend the owner……

“Shelwyn was awesome to deal with. He responded ASAP when we had a question about the shower. Was upfront and helpful. He was in his house on the property but gave us our privacy. The last day of our stay he said take your time getting out because he didn’t have another booking following us. Worked out great as we were moving onto a bigger spot with the rest of our family on Saturday but couldn’t check in until 4. Thank you Shelwyn for everything and being so easy to deal with- we will be back !!”

“This place is awful. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Pulling down the driveway I thought that it must be the wrong place, this can’t be it. Run down, sketchy, and bad vibes all around. Inside looked like the photos but it’s nasty. I only took one photo and that’s of the one pillow laying on the bed where the woman showing us around says she has to go grab a pillowcase for it. The pillow was filthy dirty. I went to the other bed and pulled back the covers, the bed was slept in and the……

“We had a very good stay in this beautifully refurbished apartment. It was clean and very comfortable. There were 2 different coffee makers, Keurig and Nespresso, which was a very nice touch. There were plenty of new towels and blanket throws to use. They seemed to have thought of everything on the inside. We were a bit taken aback upon arrival though, because the outside of the house (as well as some of the other houses around it on the street) was very rundown and in need of the same level of……

“Exactly what we were looking for! They were super accommodating and coordinated with the cleaners to allow us an earlier check-in. ”

“Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again! Branka was an amazing host, very quick with communication, made sure we had everything we needed at check in and even offered an airport pick up (we didn’t need it but was a nice offer). Her place was cozy and comfortable with plenty of lthoughtful touches like snacks, mints on the kitchen table and information on local attractions. We also loved how convenient it is to Ithaca College and downtown Ithaca. Thank you Branka!”
