“Water pressure sucks! I couldn’t wash my hair for fear of soap bubbles not being washing out. I let the front desk know upon check out and she didn’t seem to care. Coffee is nespresso in the room but they only give you two pods (ask for more if you need more tho the machine makes a very small cup). Bed and pillows were amazing or maybe I was just super tired the whole time. Very soft and comfy. Bathroom could have been cleaner (floor board of shower was not clean at all). “We stayed at Woodsprings for its proximity to the venue for my son's college graduation. Check-in was delayed due to a medical emergency in the lobby. We grabbed a bite at one of the many choices nearby. When we returned, no problems with check in. It was a hot day, so it was a pleasant surprised to feel the room comfortably cold. A/C is vital for me. I dont typically stay in a suite due to the cost but the room was reasonably priced. A couple of complaints would be the bed, looked comfy but……

“The room was clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. The front desk was AMAZING and able to help any way possible. Note that the rooms facing I-35 have highway noise, but earplugs are offered in the room. Also, the towels are not soft, but are clean. $45/night for parking seemed steep and the garage entry is a challenge to find initially.”
