“The hotel was good, nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was hearty and the gentleman manning it was friendly and welcoming. I can not say the same for the night clerk. When we arrived she was not at the counter, after 2-3 minute wait she came to the counter- no welcome to Best Western no friendly smile as if we were an inconvenience at 8:15. felt like we were an imposition to her.
