“This property was great. The house looks exactly like the photos. You get the old west vibe at this place. It is very close to town, so you can easily walk. Also, it is a nice large piece of property so if you want you can just stay at the house. Also the owner is very organized. There is a book with very clear directions on everything from where to turn on the light and where to eat. I will stay here again. ”

“We had a wonderful stay despite bad weather. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the lovely and large outdoor area. Accommodations were great. My only complaint is that the two larger bedrooms sit on top of each other and it’s impossible to get down from the top bedroom without disturbing the people on the bottom bedroom. Very well appointed and lots of things provided to make this a very easy stay for 4 senior couples. Very conveniently located to town. ”

“This is a perfect place to stay in Santa Ynez. The cottage was clean with everything you could need for your vacation including a large bathroom and living area. There is even a place to park and a Tesla charger right there. You can literally walk to EVERYTHING! Dave was so helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure!”
