There’s a laundry area that’s always handy. The pool is fantastic. Flippers has the best burgers. The bay is usually full of dolphins and sting rays, this summer we even saw manatees. “This is not our first stay in 803. There are the best views of the sunrise and sunsets! The condo has everything you need and very clean. Our host are the Best!! Loved the coffee bar this year. There was a water main break in Bonita Springs that affected us for a short amount of time but we had water before the evening was over. We enjoyed the pool and my husband loved the fishing in the bay. We visited Sanibel Island one day and a beach in Bonita Springs. Plenty of local restaurants and ice……

“Our go to when in the Naples area. Beautiful rooms, great pool, wonderful staff, and awesome outdoor bar. Only issue this time was asked for an early check in by 2 hours- I understand they’re not guaranteed- however when guests are waiting don’t think it’s too inconvenient to tell the housekeeping staff especially when working on that floor at the time to start with the room we wanted then continue on cleaning the rest of the floor.
