“I liked the overall feel and look of the hotel. Staff were so pleasant and courteous. Even when the fire alarm malfunctioned. It certainly wasn't their fault and nothing they could have done to prevent it.
It was also convenient for me to walk to the university everyday for my meetings. I would stay here again.

"Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee.
I reported these issues, and the gentleman at the front desk took my mobile number, assuring me that the manager would contact me within two days. However, two weeks have passed, and I have not been contacted.
Overall, it was not a good experience, but it might be only associated with that room."
