“We had a fantastic stay and would love to come back. The tram to the city centre is just outside and then we caught the tram to the airport. Go and see the Royal Britannia, that was amazing and the restaurants and pubs around Leith are lovely.”

“Welcoming team. A lovely property in an amazing location. Good selection of drinks and food. Their spa is really good too, with a separate pool and gym too. I wanted to add a photo, but the app wouldn't let me on this occasion. Well worth a visit and loved the close proximity to the beach”

“Stayed here to go an ice hockey game. First time in Fife and staying in the Elbow Room. Amazing location for the Ice Hockey and lovely friendly staff. Room was clean and had no issues. Breakfast available 24 hours which was great. Will definitely stay again as place was full of character. ”
