“Was a cute niche hotel. Rooms were a nice size. Clean and comfortable. They were just missing some of the usuals you find in chain hotels, for example, an iron and ironing board, a lamp on the second nightstand and it could definitely use more hooks or bars in the bathroom. The bathroom had a sliding barn door, that was very attractive but does not lend to much privacy. Overall it was a great place to stay, quiet and newer. The town of Parker was also a great little place.”

“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“Super clean and brand new property for sure. The front desk gal was super friendly and personable…perfect customer service skills! Give her a raise! As for the rest, the bed sorta reminds me of the cots that we slept on at Girl Scout camp. When I was 12 it was no thing, but I’d imagine that anyone over the age of 35 will feel every bit of it the next day. A little bit of comfort goes a long way. Combine comfort with the customer service? Y’all have it in the bag!”

“My family goes to Denver a couple of times a year and it's always tricky finding the perfect place to stay, until now! This place was amazing in every way! It has a great location and multi bedroom options so we don't all have to sleep in the same room. It has full kitchens and even a washer and dryer in your room for longer stays. I can't rave about this place enough and cannot wait to go back!”
