“The VIEW! We were in awe of the amazing view of the river and mountains from the cabin during our entire visit! We had a fun little adventure going down the steep ravine to get to the water with our two bigs dogs, but it was well worth it! Everything about this place is wonderful, both inside and out. I liked being in such a quiet and secluded location while still close enough to all the things we wanted to do and see - Lake Placid, Whiteface Mountain, High Falls Gorge, a gondala ride and……

“We stayed here as our son was competing in the Lake Placid Ironman. This location was perfect. Short drive to Lake Placid. The property was exactly as described and even better in person. It's cute and cozy. The Jay area is beautiful and would love to come back and hike in the area, as the cabin is close to many trail heads(short drive, under 15 minutes) Shannon's communication was outstanding! I had questions regarding the property as well as requested recommendations for restaurant's. ……
