“At first I was very sceptical because of the negative reviews, ut I am glad to say that our stay was more than pleasant. Our room was huge as was the bathroom all immaculate, breakfast was only continental but more than adequate. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would certainly go back again.”

“Very nice hotel right next to the pleasure beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and well maintained. Will stay again on another visit to Blackpool.”

“We were visiting the area for the Lytham Festival. Firstly, the location was excellent, as all the Lytham hotels were fully booked. Reception staff were helpful and were available 24 hours. The room was comfortable with all we needed. Bathroom and shower were great. Not massive but more than adequate. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, cooked or continental. The main breakfast waitress was extremely efficient, whether it was quiet or busy. We were lucky enough to get the car……

“Was a little apprehensive after reafing some reviews. Arrived and was greeted by a lovely guy, very pleasant friendly and helpful. Room was clean and warm, bedding and towels were spotless. Not the Hylton but what can you expect for such a cheap stay.? Would definitely stay again.”

“Place is managed by one man Tom who was very nice ...Owner was off to Birmingham as we arrived and another lady disappeared when I spoke to her so not much of a welcome . Place needs work and cleaning tbh ... Basic standards are a must especially in a town with so much competition.. Hotel had two names which doesn't help.Think we were the only ones there but we were the only ones for breakfast ... Took a while to get any response from anyone as place was deserted but got there in the end ...Tom……
