Shae was super helpful when we checked in and gave me a great idea of what to expect with the sofa bed and morning breakfast availability. We called down for towels and she arrived promptly. An hour later we called down for extra blankets and another young man delivered them within minutes. Spark seems to be a new brand from Hilton. For the price point……

“We had stayed at the four-point hotel before, and it felt good, but the booking was really disappointing. The bathroom’s door and toilet would make a loud noise. The mattress was soft and the whole body was stuck. The sound insulation of the floor was not good. Breakfast is great, it is recommended to stay at the hotel for breakfast.”
