“The hotel service is generally ok and breakfast is good. The only thing we found inconvenience is there is no shower room or enclosed area for bath or shower. We booked a room accommodation for 4 persons. There is a bathtub not far from the bed and there is no door or blind. Basically the room inside has no privacy for a group of 4 to stay. Fortunately, we only stayed 1 night and can take shower after we moved to the next hotel. ”

“Absolutely gorgeous property! 10/10 would stay again. It was perfectly located for everything I wanted to see in Sintra. The breakfast was also stellar! Fresh fruits and local cheeses and meats with fresh orange juice! Yum! The room was exquisite and I had the best view of the national palace of Sintra. Couldn’t as for a better place to stay for a weekend jaunt to Sintra! ”

“We enjoyed our stay here very much. While they don't have reception staff 24/7, they are easily reachable on Whatsapp and very responsive. They send detailed instructions ahead of time on how to get into the building and into your room. While the room is small, it has everything you need and is very comfortable. The entire building is just so pretty. There's plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Mariana was very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so that……

“Hacíamos una parada en Sintra en nuestro camino a Lisboa, como llegamos tarde , nos avisaron de que no habría nadie en la recepción, como detalle nos hicieron un upgrade en una suite preciosa y enorme. El desayuno muy rico, el hotel tiene mucho encanto y hay mucho cariño puesto en la decoración, cosa que yo personalmente agradezco. ”
