I feel like they shouldn’t be charging that crazy amount. They also charge 22% for room service fees which is insane! Other than that the hotel was right on the riverwalk and beautiful. ”

“The hotel and amenities are great. I really loved the gym, it was big with plenty of equipment. The pool was also a great addition. The room was nice and modern and the beds were super comfortable. There were a few crumbs under the bed when we checked in so maybe housekeeping accidentally missed it & didn’t bend down to check. The only cons would be the bell hop service needs some work. We needed help with our luggage checking out but there was a shortage in service & they were very backed up,……

“The breakfast and front desk are good ，but the room cleaning was terrible, on the first day the bed sheets were very wrinkled and didn't seem to have been changed, there were 5 of us but the toilet only had half a roll of toilet paper. The next day when we returned to the room I found that the toilet bowl still had obvious urine in it that had not been cleaned.”
