“This hotel is in a great location to most of the tourist sites in Boston. The rooms are large and well appointed. The first room assigned to us had a portable window unit with an exhaust hose extending out of the window. When I complained, the front desk staff told me that "all of the rooms are like that." When I told them that this is unacceptable, I was "upgraded" to a room with standard air conditioning. ”

“Not too bad although the room is really small. In addition, I am very sure my power line was left at my room when I checked out the hotel. But when I called back the hotel, they said they didn't find anything in my room when I left. A few days later, we stayed at other Staypineapple in Seattle. Similar things happened. One of my friend left a small gift on the sofa at the lobby and left for just 5 minutes. But he went back to the lobby, the small gift was gone. Then he went to the front desk,……

“The interior design is elegant. There are plenty choices for restaurants around the hotel. The view is pretty nice around the hotel too.”

“今次旅遊主要是參加波士頓馬拉松，酒店距離bag drop 大約步行5分鐘已經可以。落機去到酒店已是半夜12點幾，接待處職員非常有禮貌，而且好helpful，唯美中不足原來房間冇電熱水壺，職員亦都很樂意幫助給我熱水壺。直至第二日再找其他職員協助搵熱水，其中較高層人士見到我企在大堂內等候主動協助，除咗一兩個較為junior Staff前枱職員冇禮貌外，整體酒店員工服務態度良好。相信可能是溝通技巧需要學習。 如果參加馬拉松可以考慮這間酒店，因為確實就近Bag drop及乘座黃巴士處。”
