“We had a very warm welcome and the room was perfect. The location was fantastic and Chris and Faye had great recommendations for things to do. Breakfast was lovely and overall a brilliant stay and would highly recommend a visit.”

“Had a lovely 2 night stay in a very comfortable deluxe room with a sea view.
Would have preferred a king size bed.
I noted that pillow protectors weren't used which is a shame especially with covid still ongoing.
The toilets in the lobby were in need of a clean on both occasions when I used them. No soap and a dirty sink.
Apart from those minor details, the staff were great, very friendly and super efficient, the food was great and the garden and patio area over looking wonderful views of the……
“There will be free ticket for whitby abbey.
The building is nice and historical. Many facilities for guests to use. I like the drinking water the most.
A bit difficult to find the entrance and the 199 steps to hostel is without light at night. It is a bit dangerous if you back to hostel late at night as you can't see the steps.
The breakfast is very tasty and many different choices to choose.”
“Good clean rooms on the stamp of premier inn/travelodge. Rooms in a building next to the pub. The pub itself was very nice inside. Next to a main road so some road noise. Breakfast was average. ”
