“We arrived at the Riad late on Friday 22nd November. The reception staff Isham was excellent and very welcoming. We were provided with a cup of mint tea and an overview of the Riad and its facilities. It is fair to say that it has only been opened a short time, however it was clear that customer service is everything. We didn't want for anything and nothing was too much trouble.
