“We stay there for two nights, the WiFi wasn’t working which was pain,toilet cistern was leaking water at the first night, we have to turn off the tap on the wall, it was repaired the next day. Our room was facing the street, it was annoying whenever cars passing by at the night, apart from that the hotel services was good, the girls at reception were kind and helpful , the location of the hotel is quite central ”

“Staying at Chateau Tivoli was like stepping into a beautifully preserved piece of history. This Victorian-era mansion offers a rare blend of elegance, charm, and warmth. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel like honored guests in a private home. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the stately double parlor with wine and cheese, and the breakfast was both delicious and thoughtfully presented. Chateau Tivoli is a must-stay. We can’t wait to return!”

“旅館位置非常好並且非常的乾淨並且有游泳池及三溫暖這是在一般旅館很難做得到！ 從機場過來坐BART即可抵達並且到各旅遊景點或繼續往San Jose搭和乗Caltrain也方便。”

“没有电梯，工作人员帮忙提行李。楼梯很窄。安排的房间临街，很吵。路上感觉不太安全。”

“The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The male desk attendant helped us with all our questions, let us check in early and put us in the same room for our two separate reservations.”

“今次訂房有超賣情況發生, 所以酒店當日不能提供已訂購的酒店, 但酒店職員十分盡力安排善後工作, 以為照顧客人需要, 安排真的值得一讚。職員貼心又有禮貌, 由門口行入lobby, 以及酒店餐廳都令人有賓至如歸的感覺, 我下次一定會再選擇入住。 房間舒適, 設計有品味, 應有盡有！”

“The hotel is new and clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Location is good, just 2 mins walk from Westfield San Francisco Center or the Powell Street station. No homeless is spotted on the Turk Street entrance, and it is manned by security guards and you will feel safe around the hotel area. Will definitely stay here again the next time I go to SFO.”

“Nice area. Staff is okay. I forgot some items in the closet, called hours after checkout and they never got back to me. Policy in Vegas is they have to hold it for you, not sure what their policy is but I thought that was wrong. ”
