“This was a nice location in the center of Verona. Very conveniently located to most of the main tourist attractions and plenty of places to eat. The area seemed pretty safe. Keep in mind that its a communal living area so there may be other people there with you, but you just share the kitchen and the bathroom. “The hotel is very nice with a heated pool at a comfortable 30+ degrees with a shallow area that is amazing to sunbath in. The garden in general is a lovely place to hang out and watch the sun sink in the lake. Free parking at the hotel property is also a major plus. The staff is very accommodating to our requests and just very kind. The cocktails are tasty and the breakfast is very well done with plenty of options. Loved almost everything about it! The only tiny detail I would note for the hotel……

"Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). "
