“Staff friendly and helpful, hotel room was very clean, very quiet, good workout facility , pool was a good size and warm! Super close to RSW Fort Myers airport! Overall my 3 night stay was perfect for my mini vacation / house hunting excursion. Worst part, I had to leave and go back to IL.”

“The property is spectacular. The room was large and beds comfortable. A little spartan for the price but nonetheless acceptable. Unfortunately I came home with some super itchy biteson my legs and the back of my neck. Manager said it was from flying insects by the pool but I am not convinced. It took several weeks before they resolved. ”

“The 2bd beachfront condo was exactly as described. The layout was perfect and the views were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the screened in balconies The only thing that would have made it better is if 2 chairs and an umbrella were included in the price and not rentals from a separate company. But otherwise we were just extremely happy and will definitely stay here again. ”

“We just stayed here for a week and it was a wonderful experience. When we checked in the woman at the desk was WONDERFUL! The room itself was very clean and welcoming. The staff were very nice, always saying hi when you see them. The view…. Out of this world! Waking up everyday to the ocean was amazing. We have recommended Edison Beach house to everyone! “Matlaca is a beautiful little town. It feels so old Florida. Everything is in walking distance from these tiny homes which are so cute and so adorable. Everything was ready for us upon our arrival. We ate at the blue dog restaurant, which was one block away, walking distance, and also the perfect cup…. Perfect cup has the most amazing coffee and incredible crab Benedict…. Blue Dog has some incredible food. Everything from the best cooking shrimp I’ve ever had to fresh fish great service……
