“Omg, the staff was excellent. Manager was very sweet to accommodate us on the first floor with a living room area. Food was so amazing. This is my go to place to stay when my son has to come for his orthopedic doctor visits. I also heard they have one in houston where we go for heart doctor visits. We are blessed. ”

“Overall great hotel. Room was fine. Bathroom needs an exhaust fan though. Gets really steamy. Room service was great. Free breakfast was good, did the job.”

“The room I stayed in had a terrible moldy smell, like a shower room, and it felt damp and cold.”

“Believe hotel is being remodeled. Room was clean but very bare. Just two chairs, and the counter with microwave and fridge. No chest, dresser, place to keep belongings off the floor. No table. Breakfast was mini oranges and packaged individual mini muffins. No frills. No extras. Clean bed. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Decent shower pressure.”

“There were cockroaches inside and my child couldn't sleep well all night”

“The staff was pleasant and friendly. One person behind the counter she was absolutely the best. Our room was ok and the area was ok. I’m going to complain a little about some bugs we had in the room and the very poor water pressure. Other than that it was a great place to rest our tired heads. BTW There was a faint smell of MJ in the restroom and a burn on the toilet lid that looks like they had been smoking something in there. I asked for a non smoking room.”
