“Wonderful hotel for sure, I will be back❤️”

“This is a fabulous new business class hotel near the Madrid international airport. The hotel staff is excellent and immediately asked if I preferred English as I struggled with my limited Spanish. I had reserved two beds and they upgraded me to a better room with two beds available. ”

“The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect.”

“Great staff, great room, nice and clean, great location, you can go anywhere within 30 min walk. Breakfast is good, rooftop pool is amazing”

“Staying with husband who was at a conference. Only issue I had was that sadly the pool area was closed with no sunbeds. I appreciate it was May but the temperatures still went as high as 27c and it would have been nice to use/ relax by the pool/ be near the pool inbetween sightseeing rather than sit with the various conference delegates. ”

“I like the breakfast. Really good. The service phone line is difficult to get through some times. In a few cases, I called two or three times but no one reply. The facility may get old. In the shower space, the ceiling was cracked and should be repaired.”
