“房間很大也乾淨，櫃檯服務人員很親切，早餐選擇很豐富，旁邊就是公園，離皇宮很近，逛街很方便，如果有機會再去馬德里，還是會選擇入住這裡。”

“地理位置非常优越，地铁可以轻松到达很多地方，员工服务还不错，早餐也还算丰盛，就是毛巾太旧已经发黄了。”

“The hotel is located in an area with a lot of adultery workers and thieves, as we were warned by not one but a few drivers during the stay. The hotel itself is a decent one, we were welcomed by glasses of Cava however the front desk was a bit understaff as both the time we had to wait quite a bit to check in and check out. The bed is very huge which usually is a good thing however in this case it gets too huge and make the room feel a bit small, other than the above mentioned the overall……

“We were misled by the good reviews until we actually stayed there for several days . It totally spoilt our holidays . The frontline staff are impolite , unprofessional & not helpful at all , which we would not expect in a 4 star hotel . The rooms are small , not user friendly with NO storage space at all ( not even a small drawer) . Only clothes rack is found in the room , no wardrobe ( not expected in a 4* hotel ) The worst thing is the bathroom ! The floor is really slippery , no safety……
