“The hotel staff were very friendly. One of us has coeliac disease and the hotel accommodated her incredibly. A special mention to Sao our host in the restaurant and to the Chef Vinicius who both really took their time to explain and to assist us. Overall we had an excellent stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who has coeliac disease.”

“I made this booking as part of a birthday suprise for my Partner, the staff did not stop but go above and beyond at every turn to make her birthday a great suprise for when we arrived to the hotel. They were able to arrange a platter, and pastries suprise with happy birthday and Balloons in the room with a card from their team!! “Loction: nothing really around the hotel, so you really need a car if you stay in this hotel. Hotel facilities: The hotel has really nice pools, my kids love the kids pools very much but the water was way too cold ( We were there at end of June). Service: We need to pay 1 euro for each beach towel we borrow from the hotel, also need to pay 10 euros for the security safe in our room. For how nice the Portuguese are, the hotel receptions are really not that nice and friendly. There was only one……

“Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.”
