“For hotel, the pool was not up to same caliber. Did not approve of parking charges. Way too expensive when it is a wide-open lot. Could understand if parking garage or valet was needed, but not in this case. Also, I would think maid could have checked lights to make sure all were in working order. Had to call maintenance for remote problems, but did not find light problems until it was too late to place another call. ”

“We had a very enjoyable stay at the Crown Plaza. All the staff were polite and professional and asked how we were doing. The hotel is clean and Longboards food is excellent. Having live bands on the weekend was a major bonus and gave the experience a great vibe. We will come back!”
