“Our stay was nothing short of excellent!! The staff was outstanding and Diane made our stay even better than expected!!! She made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Vitality to anyone visiting the Memphis area!!! You won't be disappointed and the breakfast was delicious!!!! ”

“When we arrived there weren't any staff members to greet us. Since we arrived early in the morning, the doors were locked. Only guest with a keypads. I and another group rang the ontercom, no response. We ised the phone that is located on between the two enrty doors, no response. We left it ringing because we could hear it and actually see the front desk. After several minutes, almost twenty, a desk lerk let us in. This was a very dcary situation. ”

“Let me start by saying this was my first trip ever to Memphis and I only googled five star hotels which is how I picked this location. And I could not be any less impressed, staff impeccable, very friendly, warm, courteous I've never been to a location where I did not need to ask for towels after day one we had enough towels that we had some we didn't even touch in the room, so I must say the accommodations for guest are beyond reproach. Great will return.!!!!”

“A wonderful place to stay when traveling in or out of the Memphis airport. It's minutes from the airport and with the free airport shuttle, this is a no-brainer for me, every time I'm traveling through Memphis.”

“I didn't like how small the bathroom is. If I wanted to shower with the bathroom door open to keep an eye on my child I couldn't. Because the bathroom has to be closed inorder to get in or out of the shower. ”

“斜對角的flight restaurant 很高級也很好吃，但是這一區整體來說，感覺很不安全，走在街上怕怕的，因為有瘋子在街上一直自言自語，也有許多流浪漢，因此感覺很不安全。飯店整棟一整天都有聲音，不定時的出現像是在做工，又像是在搬傢俱，我們住在1001號房，恐怖的是半夜電視自己打開，而且很吵，我們睡到一半爬起來，遙控器在電視旁邊，因為從check in之後沒有人打開過電視，所以更覺得奇怪。房內有廚房及微波爐，可惜沒用到。 早餐有自製waffles 可以現烤，旁邊有Starbucks 可以買。”

“Only complaint about the room was the shower was in need a good cleaning. Breakfast was cold even when they first put it out. Plenty of food options nearby and in a nice area. ”
