“We had a lovely stay in this historic home. Our room was quite warm with only a small fan. Window sashes broken so hard to prop open for ventilation. Breakfast was wonderful. We would come again.”

“Great little historical home in the heart of Newburyport!!! Loved the deck with water views for sipping morning coffee and evening wine. Short walk to town for shopping and dinning. The historical character and charm of the house were an added bonus. Loved reading the history on the home. Would stay here anytime!! ”

“I could not have been happier with this rental. The communication was superb. The parking for the property was clearly marked. This is a pet friendly rental and honestly I was absolutely SHOCKED it did not smell and the unit was so clean. I did not see ONE bug inside.
