I wish I would've got her name because she was super nice. The rooms and property were very clean. The beds were super comfy. I loved the LED looking mirror in the bathroom. I also loved that the bathroom had hand soap and lotion dispensers and the shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. ”

“We liked the modern feel of this property. It was clean and the staff was friendly. However, there are some issues. There was no in room coffee maker. Every hotel I've stayed at has had an in room coffee maker. You would need to walk down to the lobby for coffee. There was also an issue with the fire alarm. It blinks every 5 seconds or so. It is a bright strobe like light that lights up the room. When i asked the staff about it, the night person said it was a new one they put in some rooms. She……

“斜對角的flight restaurant 很高級也很好吃，但是這一區整體來說，感覺很不安全，走在街上怕怕的，因為有瘋子在街上一直自言自語，也有許多流浪漢，因此感覺很不安全。飯店整棟一整天都有聲音，不定時的出現像是在做工，又像是在搬傢俱，我們住在1001號房，恐怖的是半夜電視自己打開，而且很吵，我們睡到一半爬起來，遙控器在電視旁邊，因為從check in之後沒有人打開過電視，所以更覺得奇怪。房內有廚房及微波爐，可惜沒用到。 早餐有自製waffles 可以現烤，旁邊有Starbucks 可以買。”

“Very nice hotel in a reasonable walking distance from tons of Memphis sites. There is also a lovely local grocer less than a 10-minute walk to the southwest. The user-controlled speaker in the room playing music 24/7 was a very nice touch. I had no issues with other noises during my stay. I was on the 6th floor. I highly recommend. ”

“Let me start by saying this was my first trip ever to Memphis and I only googled five star hotels which is how I picked this location. And I could not be any less impressed, staff impeccable, very friendly, warm, courteous I've never been to a location where I did not need to ask for towels after day one we had enough towels that we had some we didn't even touch in the room, so I must say the accommodations for guest are beyond reproach. Great will return.!!!!”
