“The property is beautiful, only complaint we have is size of room. When front desk offered us a room, 2201, and said you can have it immediately, they really needed to mention that it is the size of a king bed with 18 inches on all sides. Would have felt better if they had given us a choice to wait for housekeeping in another slightly larger room. Not a good way to start off. ”

“Broken elevator, dirty room, dirty bedding stuff dirty towel, bad attitude front desk, wont back ”

“Perfect location, quiet, beautiful, garage parking was nice because the car stayed cool. I would skip the food at the restaurant, breakfast was meh at best”

“靠近南岸，和温室蝴蝶园面对面，到最南端标志只有两条街。街斜对面可以租车。含早餐，午餐好像也有但是并不确定因为当地饮食文化丰富，中午和晚上都在外面吃的。AVALON家庭旅馆给人非常温暖的亲切感，就是那种典型美式家庭的生活方式。房屋宽敞整洁，设施齐全。游泳池24小时开放，但用的是过滤海水，有点咸。老板很热情，对游客们都非常礼貌没有种族偏向。唯一的缺点就是价格偏贵，不过Key West上也没有便宜的，都很贵。”

“We had a fabulous stay at the Duval Gardens, now part of the Southernmost Beach Resort Hotel (guesthouses) Great location and the breakfast in the morning on the porch was lovely. The beds were a little firm for our liking but other then that the stay was perfect. Kimberly took great care of us and made the stay even better! ”
