“We are visiting from Australia and this place is absolutely awesome! Amazing location yet within walking distance to pubs / restaurants and town centre. Incredibly quiet being in a country setting and lots of opportunities for walks by the river. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to have breakfast outside in the lovely garden. We felt well looked after. Highly recommend!”

“I stayed in room 611 at Premier Inn and had a very disappointing experience. My Expedia booking stated a 12:00 noon check-out. However, at 11:50 a.m., a staff member entered our room without proper notice while we were getting ready to leave, saying check-out was at 10:00 a.m. We felt rushed and uncomfortable, unable to finish preparing for departure.
